1. Subscription Overview

• BrainFitSociety offers paid, auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium content and features.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the period end.

3. Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

4. Manage & Cancel

• Manage or cancel via your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We cannot issue refunds for in-store purchases.

6. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the app store account used for purchases. To restore purchases, sign in with the same account.

7. Changes & Availability

• We may change plans, prices or features. Service availability depends on region, device and OS.

8. Termination

• Access may be suspended for policy violations, fraud, or unauthorized payments.

9. Privacy

• Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment details are managed by Apple/Google.
